How are Kinest products made?

Every Kinest piece is made to order through our print-on-demand production partner. Each item is created only when you purchase it, never in bulk or ahead of time. By choosing made to order, you are helping us minimize waste and ensure every product is made intentionally.

Where do you ship from?

We partner with fulfillment centers across Canada and the U.S. Orders are automatically routed to the facility best equipped to fulfill your order efficiently, which helps reduce delivery times.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within Canada. We are exploring international shipping in the future.

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on all Canadian orders. No minimums, no surprises, just simple, transparent pricing.

Orders are shipped with the carrier that provides the best balance of speed and reliability for your delivery location.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Each Kinest product is made to order and typically ships within 2 to 5 business days after purchase. Once fulfilled, delivery within Canada usually takes an additional 3 to 8 business days, depending on location and carrier schedules.

These timelines are estimates and may vary during busy seasons or due to carrier delays. You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Will my item look exactly like the photos?

Colors can vary slightly due to display settings and print methods. Small differences in placement or tone are normal and not considered defects.

Why did my items arrive separately?

Some products are fulfilled at different facilities. If you ordered multiple items, they may ship in separate parcels and arrive on different days.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because every item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact thekinest@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will be happy to assist.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders enter production quickly and cannot be changed or cancelled once placed. If you spot an error, email thekinest@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to help before fulfillment begins, but changes are not guaranteed.

What if my package is delayed or missing?

Delays can occasionally occur due to carriers, weather, or customs processing. While Kinest is not responsible for carrier-related issues once an order has shipped, we will do our best to help locate and resolve delivery problems. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or it shows as delivered but has not been received, contact thekinest@gmail.com and we will investigate with our fulfillment partners.

Taxes and duties

Applicable Canadian taxes are calculated at checkout. Most orders are fulfilled and shipped from within Canada, so no additional duties are charged. In rare cases, your order may be fulfilled from a U.S. facility, and customs duties or import fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by the carrier and Canadian customs and are outside of our control.
